About Heather
Heather O’Neill is an award-winning Realtor® serving Ottawa and Toronto, specializing in recreational and luxury river and lakefront properties. Born in Western Canada and raised in Ontario, she spent her summers on her family’s dairy farms in Oxford County, where she developed a strong appreciation for community and hard work.
Before pursuing her passion for real estate, Heather built a diverse professional background in corporate roles with Livingston International, Toyota Canada, Rx Canada and Canopy Growth Corporation. She launched her real estate career with RealEstateFineHomes.com, where she quickly discovered her talent and passions were a perfect match.
Currently serving as Eastern Ontario Director for the Ontario Realtors Care® Foundation, Heather is deeply committed to community impact and advancing housing solutions. She actively supports initiatives that address Canada’s housing challenges, with a focus on accessibility, supply, and sustainability.
Heather works with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to growing families, with particular expertise in cohabitation, amicable and high-conflict separations, and divorce transitions. Her goal is always to minimize stress, preserve family stability, and guide clients with care and professionalism through life’s changes.
Beyond her real estate practice, Heather is a proud mother and enjoys time with her family, playing golf, and traveling. She is also a dedicated community leader, supporting organizations such as OSA Private School and its registered charity, the Canada Games Council (2022–2024), and Ottawa Victim Services, where she received a Five-Year Service Award in 2024. She has also been appointed to three consecutive terms on the Ottawa Real Estate Board’s Government & Community Relations Committee, where she advocates on municipal, provincial, and federal housing policy.
